Fall Conferences will be held Tuesday, October 18 and Wednesday, October 19. Early dismissal will take place on Tuesday, October 18. All students will be dismissed at 11:50 a.m. on this day. Wednesday, October 19 is regular school hours.
We use Microsoft Bookings to book our conferences. There is no need to create any sort of account to use this online booking tool. Simply click the link below (bottom) and choose the correct teacher from the drop down list. You can then choose the date (October 18 or October 19) and it will show you all of the appointment times that are available for that teacher on the date you have chosen (you can click back and forth between October 18 and October 19 to see available appointment times).
Once you have chosen your date and time please fill in the rest of the info (parent name, email address, phone number, student name) and click the box at the bottom of the page indicating you have chosen the correct teacher. Once you have completed all the fields and clicked on the check box you can submit the booking and you will get a confirmation email to the email address you listed on the booking.
Interviews will run in 10 minute intervals and only 1 person can be booked per time slot. All interview times slots are a first come first served basis. If you have limited availability as to when you can attend we recommend you book your time slot sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment.
Please note that all conferences will be via Microsoft Teams (not in person). An MS Teams link will be sent to you in your confirmation email once you have booked your conference. When it is your time for your conference simply click the “Join your Appointment” button . It will open up a window and we recommend you choose the option to “Open in Browser” (middle of 3 boxes that appear on the right side of the screen). This will allow you to join your conference without having to set up any sort of account or download app.
We ask that you be prompt when joining your conference and mindful of the time you spend with the teacher so that others are not left waiting past their scheduled time.
Please remember that Parent Teacher Interviews are for parents and teachers only. We ask that you ensure you are able to speak with the teacher without your child present.
