Fall Conferences will be held Tuesday, October 17 and Wednesday, October 18. Early dismissal will take place on Tuesday, October 17 only. All students will be dismissed at 11:50 a.m. on this day. Wednesday, October 18 is regular school hours.
We use the Microsoft Bookings system to book our conferences. There is no need to create any sort of account to use this online booking tool. Simply click the link below (bottom) and choose the correct teacher from the drop down list. You can then choose the date (October 17 or October 18) and it will show you all of the appointment times that are available for that teacher on the date you have chosen (you can click back and forth between October 17 and October 18 to see available appointment times).
Once you have chosen your date and time please fill in the rest of the info (parent name, email address, phone number, student name) and click the box at the bottom of the page indicating you have chosen the correct teacher. Once you have completed all the fields and clicked on the check box you can submit the booking and you will get a confirmation email to the email address you listed on the booking.
Interviews will run in 10 minute intervals and only 1 person can be booked per time slot. All interview times slots are a first come first served basis. If you have limited availability as to when you can attend we recommend you book your time slot sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment.
Please note that all conferences will be in person at the school, in the classroom.
We ask that you be prompt when arriving for your conference and mindful of the time you spend with the teacher so that others are not left waiting past their scheduled time.
Please remember that Parent Teacher Interviews are for parents and teachers only. We ask that you lease make arrangements for your child(ren) off site.
