Each year the Cloverdale Traditional School Parent Advisory Council hosts the annual Christmas Craft Fair and Family Fun Fest at the school.  It is the PAC’s largest fundraiser of the year, with all proceeds going towards supporting the ongoing needs of the students.  Plus it’s a lot of fun!

Please join us for this year’s event!

The Craft Fair features over 45 local artisans and crafters!

Stop by the Raffle table and buy a ticket for any or all of the raffle items on display throughout the day.

There’s also fun for the whole family, including a games room, face painting, kids craft table, bake sale and cupcake walk.

And if you need a break, stop in at the concession for a snack and drink.

We hope to see you there!

Information for Vendors:

If you are interested in selling your product at the Craft Fair, please download the 2013 Vendor Application Form.  Tables are sold on a first come-first served basis.  Tables that are still available can be seen on the Table Guide at the link below.

Testimonials

“In 2012, the CTS Craft Fair was my first opportunity to formally advertise my local beekeeping products. This experience was both successful and enjoyable!  My thanks to all the CTS organizers for their well coordinated event and for having an interesting variety of vendors.  I look forward to participating again in 2013.” – Alanna Morbin, Blue Sky Bees & Honey

“As usual, I’m looking forward to the annual Cloverdale Traditional Craft Fair.  I have taken part in this event for the past several years and always enjoy the friendly atmosphere and camaraderie.  I do appreciate all the effort and energy put into making the day so successful.” – Muriel Dunn

“I have attended the Cloverdale Traditional School Craft Fair for the last three years, and have really enjoyed the day so much. It is very well run, well organized, good set up, and lots of room to display your crafts.  There is a large selection of good quality crafts and very little duplicates of the same items. We are able to set up the night before, and a lot of thought and team effort, on behalf of the school, goes into decorating the gym.  It has a warm Christmas feel about it, with staff and children on hand to help.  I shall be there again this year to enjoy the energy and the different crafters for the lead up to Christmas” - Jackie Wynn
