Saturday, November 26th, 2016
10am to 3pm
Admission by Donation
Each year the Cloverdale Traditional School Parent Advisory Council hosts the annual Christmas Craft Fair at the school. It is the PAC’s largest fundraiser of the year, with all proceeds going towards supporting the ongoing needs of the students. Plus it’s a lot of fun!
Please join us for this year’s event!
The Craft Fair features over 45 local artisans and crafters! We expect to have an exciting line up of new and past vendors this year. A great variety for our shoppers: jewellery, handmade soaps/aromatherapy products, knitted/crocehted/sewn item, jams, jellies and preserves, honey, children’s items and more!
Stop by the Raffle table and buy a ticket for any or all of the raffle items on display throughout the day.
There’s also fun for the whole family, including a kids craft station, bake sale and cupcake walk. More details to come!
And if you need a break, stop in at the concession for a snack and drink.
We hope to see you there!
Information for Vendors:
This is the 8th year that the Cloverdale Traditional School has hosted its annual Christmas Craft Fair. It is the goal of the organization committee to improve the event each year. This year’s focus will be on marketing. The event will be posted on a number of online calendars, will be in multiple print advertisements, and there will be more outdoor signage than ever before around the neighbourhood to promote the day!
If you are interested in selling your product at the Craft Fair, please download the 2016 Vendor Application Form. Tables are sold on a first come-first served basis, and consideration will be given to ensuring we have a good balance of vendor products available. Tables that are still available can be seen on the Table Guide at the link below.
“In 2012, the CTS Craft Fair was my first opportunity to formally advertise my local beekeeping products. This experience was both successful and enjoyable! My thanks to all the CTS organizers for their well coordinated event and for having an interesting variety of vendors. I look forward to participating again in 2013.” – Alanna Morbin, Blue Sky Bees & Honey
“As usual, I’m looking forward to the annual Cloverdale Traditional Craft Fair. I have taken part in this event for the past several years and always enjoy the friendly atmosphere and camaraderie. I do appreciate all the effort and energy put into making the day so successful.” – Muriel Dunn
“I have attended the Cloverdale Traditional School Craft Fair for the last three years, and have really enjoyed the day so much. It is very well run, well organized, good set up, and lots of room to display your crafts. There is a large selection of good quality crafts and very little duplicates of the same items. We are able to set up the night before, and a lot of thought and team effort, on behalf of the school, goes into decorating the gym. It has a warm Christmas feel about it, with staff and children on hand to help. I shall be there again this year to enjoy the energy and the different crafters for the lead up to Christmas” – Jackie Wynn
“2013 was my first experience at the Cloverdale Traditional School Craft Fair. I was impressed by the variety of vendors present. You could tell that many were regulars to the event, which to me said a lot about the organization and attention to detali for the day. I had a great experience, with sales of my product and positive feedback from the customers. Looking forward to next year!” – Melissa Piasta, MorphedMail
